Our Asynchronous (or Offline) Support Services are perfect for busy people who want help with a specific issue. Our cost-effective service can be provided for all your academic, business, or other English needs.
The feedback you receive will allow you to easily overcome such issues in the future.
Because we offer a range of Live Online services, such as Consultation sessions and Workshops, we have called our other type of Support Service “Asynchronous”. This simply means that you do not have to arrange a specific time to meet a Consultant online. Simply decide on the required turnaround time for them to return your project with the accompanying feedback. The time it takes will depend on the specific task you need help with, but this is generally 1 to 3 days.
Asynchronous support means that the messages between you and your Consultant are sent at different times. This means that you can request support, further clarification of feedback, or a review of what you have written, and your Consultant will respond in a short time, when they have processed your request.
Our Asynchronous support can be text based, or you can record video or audio messages if these are easier for you. All formats are delivered through the ABEL Platform or our email system. This type of support allows you to get the help you need without having to be present in real-time, which can help you to be more productive.
Asynchronous support is very comfortable for many Clients, it allows you to focus on the Consultant’s feedback when you have time, and you can keep their advice to look back at any point in the future.
Of course, Asynchronous Support can be reinforced with Live 1-1 Sessions when needed! This blended approach is preferred by many clients who like to focus on specific things, then have interactive sessions to ask further questions and develop their understanding of specific pain-points.

You are then lucky enough to take a year off to travel and work abroad. Consultant A tells you that travel and vocational English are not their specialties, so ABEL matches you with Consultant "B". They help you in many ways during your year abroad, but you again use Consultant A again to help you complete your post-graduate studies.
